Ma + D participated in the last edition of the Toribio Echevarria Awards in the category “IDEAS / BUSINESS PROJECTS” obtaining the Diploma of Finalist.
The City Council of Eibar, under the direction of its Department of Economic Development, Employment and Innovation and Bic Gipuzkoa Berrilan promote and sponsor a new edition of the “Toribio Echevarria” Awards, with the collaboration and Prizes of the Directorate of Entrepreneurship of the Department Of Economic Development and Competitiveness of the Basque Government, the Department of Innovation, Rural Development and Tourism of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, Spri, Apd, Diario Vasco, Kutxa, Adegi, Cebek, Sea.
The values ​​that this Award seeks to promote and recognize: initiative, innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity and entrepreneurial development are ratified, adding a special emphasis to technological innovation.
In keeping with the philosophy that defines these Awards, the City of Eibar and Bic Gipuzkoa Berrilan maintain their commitment to support and promote all those realities of creation and technological innovation whose development means the consolidation of a culture of innovation and modernization of the industrial fabric of Basque Country and all those “ideas” that can be consolidated in a business reality.

The prize is endowed with:
– Cash prize of the City of Eibar € 10,500.
– Access through Bic Gipuzkoa Berrilan to the Ekintzaile / Txekintek Program to carry out the feasibility study and start-up of the company, up to € 60,000.
– Free admission for one year to APD, which means: Free attendance to all the Conferences organized by any of the APD Zones (about 170 per year) and assistance with the amount corresponding to the associated companies, Courses and Seminars and Courses Executive – organized by APD Zona Norte (www.apd.es).
– ADEGI Award, CEBEK and SEA for business recognition adjusted to the possibilities of Services of each Territorial Association and the interests of the winner.
– Dissemination of the company, as well as of Innovation, through its collaborators and sponsors.
– Delivery of a trophy referring to the prize.
